Yes. HRSanad generates CBUAE-compliant SIF v3 files directly from the payroll module. The file contains all required fields including bank account details, salary components, and agent codes. We support all UAE banks registered with the Central Bank for WPS.
All data is stored exclusively on Microsoft Azure UAE North (Abu Dhabi). We do not replicate to any foreign region. This satisfies UAE PDPL requirements for personal data residency. We can provide a data processing agreement (DPA) on request.
Yes. Every screen, form, report, and payslip is available in Arabic with full RTL (right-to-left) layout. The interface automatically switches direction when Arabic is selected. Arabic text fields use proper UTF-8 encoding and collation throughout.

Yes. The HRSanad Android app is available as a free APK download. It includes payslip viewing, leave requests, GPS attendance logging, loan balance tracking, and profile management. iOS support is on our roadmap. The web ESS portal works fully on mobile browsers.
HRSanad covers: UAE Federal Decree 33/2021 (Labour Law), CBUAE WPS (SIF v3), UAE PDPL, Saudi GOSI contributions, Oman PASI, Qatar GRSIA, Bahrain LMRA, and Kuwait PIFSS. Country-specific configurations can be activated per entity in multi-country groups.
Pricing is per active employee per month. An "active employee" is any employee in Active or On Leave status. Terminated or archived employees do not count toward billing. Annual billing offers a 20% discount over monthly rates. All prices are in AED and exclude 5% UAE VAT.
